EMI Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about dental treatment EMI and financing options.
Treatments above ₹10,000 are eligible for EMI options. The EMI tenure and monthly amount can be customized based on the total treatment cost and your budget. Lower-cost treatments can be paid directly via cash, UPI, or card.
Basic KYC documents are required — typically your Aadhaar card or PAN card for identity verification, a recent address proof, and one passport-size photo. For higher EMI amounts, your latest bank statement or salary slip may be requested. The documentation process is quick and straightforward.
The maximum EMI tenure is 12 months. Available tenures are 3, 6, 9, and 12 months. You can choose the tenure that best suits your monthly budget — longer tenures result in lower monthly payments but may have slightly higher total interest.
Interest rates depend on your financing partner (bank or NBFC) and your credit profile. Some financing partners offer zero or low-interest EMI for shorter tenures. During your consultation, we’ll provide exact interest rates and total cost based on your chosen plan and financing partner.
Yes, most EMI plans allow prepayment. Prepayment terms vary by financing partner — some allow free prepayment after a certain period, while others may charge a small prepayment fee. We’ll clarify the exact prepayment terms before you sign any agreement.
We partner with multiple banks and NBFCs to provide EMI options. Credit card EMI is available on major banks’ cards (HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, etc.). We also work with dedicated healthcare financing companies. During your consultation, we’ll match you with the best financing partner for your needs.
CGHS/ECHS/ESI/UP Police empanelment covers many dental treatments that are also EMI-eligible. If your treatment is covered under your scheme, the covered portion may be cashless and you won’t need EMI for that part. EMI is primarily for treatments not fully covered by insurance, or for the patient’s share of costs.
Yes! If your insurance covers part of your treatment cost, you can use EMI for the remaining balance. Our team will help you understand exactly what your insurance covers and calculate the EMI on the uncovered portion. This helps minimize your out-of-pocket monthly payments.
Pay Upfront vs EMI
See why EMI makes dental treatment more accessible and budget-friendly.
| Factor | Pay Upfront | EMI Plan |
|---|---|---|
| Upfront Cost | Full amount required | Down payment only |
| Financial Burden | High — one-time payment | Low — spread over months |
| Treatment Access | May delay due to cost | Immediate — start now |
| Budget Impact | Large one-time expense | Small monthly payments |
